Potato Veggies Delicacy: Tantalising delicacy

  Ingredients:
15 potatoes (peeled & diced)
1/4 shredded cabbage
3-4 peeled & diced carrots
1 large diced onion
4-5 diced bell peppers
I handful of chopped parsley
2 stock cubes
Salt to taste
1 tsp each of Asmie's Kitchen spices:
Ginger, garlic, secret of cooking and mixed spices
1 tsp curry masala

  Method
Boil the potatoes till almost cooked. Add the bell peppers, onions, carrots, seasonings and spices. Cover and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Add the shredded cabbage and chopped parsley. Allow to simmer on low heat.
   Servea bit watery and enjoy!
