Minced Meat Sauce


This is a delicious and easy sauce and can be served with white rice or pasta. I used minced cooked meat but feel free to use fresh minced meat. Ingredients:

1 cup minced cooked meat 

1 medium bowl blended tomatoes, peppers onions garlic & fresh curry leaves 

 1 large diced onion

1 cup beef stock

1/4 cup chopped spring onions 

2 stock cubes 

1 tsp Asmie's Kitchen Curry Powder 

1/8 tsp ground fennel 

1/8 tsp ground all spice 

1/2 ground black pepper 

1 cooking spoon oil 

Method 

Heat some oil in a pan, add onions and cook till halfway cooked. Add the blended tomatoes peppers onions garlic and fresh curry leaves. Season with stock cubes, ground all spice, ground black pepper, fennel and Asmie's Kitchen Curry Powder. Stir and allow to cook. 

   Add the stock and cooked minced meat, you can use fresh minced meat. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Lastly, add chopped spring onions, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve with rice or Spaghetti and enjoy © Asmie's Kitchen
