Veggies Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 small shredded cabbage
2 large diced carrots
10 plump tomatoes
3 large diced red bell peppers
1 diced onion
1 cup chopped spring onions
1 tbsp chopped fresh curry leaves & oregano
6 tbsps oil
2 stock cubes
1/2 tsp Asmie's Kitchen Secret of Cooking Spice
1/2 tsp Asmie's Kitchen Mixed Spices
1/2 tsp Asmie's Kitchen Curry Powder
Method
Heat the oil in a pan. Saute the chopped fresh curry leaves and oregano. Add the onions, red bell peppers, onions, carrots, season with stock cubes, Asmie's Kitchen Secret of Cooking Spice, Mixed Spices and Curry powder. Stir fry till the vegetables are halfway cooked. Finally, add the shredded cabbage and chopped onions, stir and cook for 5 minutes on medium to low flame. Serve with Moi Moi, White Rice, Yam, Potatoes, Cous Cous, Spaghetti or Macaroni and enjoy!©Asmie's Kitchen
