Homemade Suya Spice
Ingredients:
1 cup groundnut cake (kuli kuli)(ground)
1/2 cup ground pepper
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp ginger powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 stock cubes
A dash of salt
Method
Mix all the spices and seasonings in a bowl. Store in a container.
USES: sprinkle on potatoes & roast, used in suya, soups like egusi/ groundnut soup, Some use it in jollof rice, etc
