 Ingredients

- 8 slices of bread

- 8 tablespoons peanut butter

- 3 ripe banana

- 4 teaspoons honey (or to taste)

- Butter, for grilling

 Method

1. Peel the banana and cut it into thin slices.

2. Spread peanut butter evenly over one side of each bread slice.

3. Arrange the banana slices over the peanut butter on one slice of bread.

4. Drizzle honey over the banana slices.

5. Place the second slice of bread on top, with the peanut butter side facing inwards.

6. Lightly butter the outer sides of the sandwich.

7. Heat a non-stick frying pan over low to medium heat.

8. Place the sandwich in the pan and grill until golden brown and crispy.

9. Carefully flip and grill the other side until golden brown and the filling is warm.

10. Remove from the pan, allow it to cool slightly, then cut into halves or triangles.©Asmie's Kitchen
