Fish Stew
Ingredients:
2 fresh fish (cleaned, deboned & cut into large chunks)
2 peeled & diced carrots
1 small cup cabbage (cut into medium)
A handful of diced green beans
1 medium cup grated bell peppers & onions
1 large diced onion
2 diced green peppers
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tbsp chopped fresh curry leaves
A dash of ground coriander seeds
1 tsp curry
1/2 tsp mixed spices
Salt to taste
2 stock cubes
2 cooking spoon oil
Method
Heat the oil in a medium pot. Add the ginger, garlic paste and chopped curry leaves. Fry for some seconds. Add the grated vegetables, fry for 3-5 minutes. Add the carrots, cabbage, a small cup of water, seasonings, spices. Allow to cook for 5 minutes. Add the fish chunks, onions, green beans and stir. Cook on medium heat.
Serve with macroni.
