Noodles with Liver
Ingredients:
1 pack indomie noodles
1/4 kg liver (cutinto strips)
1 tbsp ground ginger, garlic, chilli pepper, all spice, curry & mint leaves
1 diced onion
A handful of chopped moringa
1/2 cup blended tomatoes & red bell peppers
1 tsp curry
A dash of Moroccan spice
2 -3 tbsp oil
Method
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the ground ginger, garlic, chilli pepper, all spice, curry and mint leaves. Saute for a minute. Add the liver and stir till cooked.
Add the diced onions and fry till the onions are almost translucent. Add the blended tomatoes and onions. Stir fry for a minute or two. Add spices and seasonings. Pour 2 cups of water and bring to the boil. Next, in goes your noodles. Cook on medium flame. Sprinkle some chopped moringa. Cook for few more minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
