Vegetable Club Sandwich

This is a simple, healthy and delicious sandwich. Video has been uploaded on my YouTube Channel "Asmie's Kitchen" Don't forget to like and subscribe to my YouTube Channel for more exciting recipes. 

 Ingredients:

6 Sliced bread

Golden penny Spread

2 lettuce leaves

1/2 sliced cucumber

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/2 cup peeled carrots (cut into strips)

1 diced onion

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsps oil

  Method

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the vegetables, season with salt and ground black pepper till halfway cooked. Set aside.

  Spread the margarine on the 6 sliced bread. Place a lettuce leaf on top. Arrange 3 slices of cucumber. Cover with the second sliced bread. Add spoons of the stir fried vegetables on top of the bread. Cover with the third slice of bread.

  Repeat the process with the 3 sliced bread. Feel free to grill it if you want.

Serve warm with hot tea or Orange Juice and enjoy!© lAsmie's Kitchen
